UPDATE:

Okay, so I didn't update last night. I got too tired and sleepy when I got back home, especially with the rain falling outside - it was just too comfortable to resist. But now, it seems like my muse is still asleep this morning but nevermind, I'll let the pictures speak for the event - after I say a few words ofcourse.

The ceremony was held last Friday, Feb 22nd. A Hantaran Berian ceremony was also held at the same time. It wasn't my first exposure to such a wedding event which was why I initially planned not to take photos of the whole thing but only what I could. I seriously have no idea how those wedding photographers do it. I do events - but never wedding. Anyway, let's get on to the photos.

PS: Some colours are a bit off. I'm still adjusting to the new mac. I need Photoshop. GIMP stinks.

I WAS READING THIS MALAY JOKE collected from the Internet a colleague of mine left at our coffee corner at work and one of the jokes had these lines that started with "demi cinta ku pada mu...", repeated over and over. Then that Amy Search song got stuck in the my head since then until now.

So, I went to search for the lyrics to satisfy my mind of the song. Thought I'd share it with you guys too.

Successfully Tiring

NATIONAL DAY IS COMING. I'm hoping I won't miss this one like I did last year (spent the time in bed until after 12 - Oops!). But with lots of workshops and work the whole of this month, I don't know how I'll even survive without enough sleep till March. I do wish this month would be over soon, though I have no one else to blame but my eagerness to be involved in everything. I had it coming. Here's to a successful and less tiring future! A near future I hope. Happy Advance 23rd February.

13 Years And This

I WAS AT THIS WEB DESIGN course this afternoon, and I asked myself, why the heck did I get myself involve in that? Now, before you jump into conclusion (and in case the trainer at this afternoon's session stumble upon this little blog of mine), it had nothing to do with the trainer. It's just - after over 13 years of web designing experience - what was taught this afternoon was just... plain boring.

So, I decided that I would start my own web designing course where I would train the people at work to help me out with our website. Now why didn't I think of that earlier?

PS: I'm currently teaching a group of students how to take photos. I see potential in one but the rest need a little bit of guidance.

PSS: I'm also on my new macbook so I haven't got photoshop on this yet, so here's a photo I'd like to share from last December.
